deep down

he said he'd never say 'i love you' until he knew what love was.

she said he was smart for doing that.

deep down she knew that he was right.

deep down she knew she had no idea what 'love' meant

deep down she knew he wasn't the one for her.

but her society wasn't focused on 'deep down'

and deep down she knew she wasn't either

  1. Sometimes it takes to long to figure out what true and unconditional love is. And by then it is often to late to show it.

    It's not about finding the perfect mate. It's about being the perfect mate. If there is one thing I have learned in life; and that is... we attract what we are.
